Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

For the Wraps

  • 4 large tortillas or wraps

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup grated carrots

  • ½ cup sliced cucumber

  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • Optional: fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook the chicken
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

  • Add sauce
    Reduce heat and stir in sweet chili sauce. Toss until chicken is fully coated and heated through.

  • Prepare the wraps
    Lay out tortillas and add a layer of shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and red bell pepper.

  • Assemble
    Place the sweet chili chicken on top of the veggies. Add optional garnishes like cilantro or green onions.

  • Wrap and serve
    Fold the sides of the tortilla over and roll tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for lunch on the go.
