  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Biscuit Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade biscuits

  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s ready when you assemble the cobbler.

  • Prepare the Filling
    In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.

  • Transfer to Baking Dish
    Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the chicken mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
