2 boneless ribeye steaks, sliced thinly

12 oz rigatoni pasta

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Cook the rigatoni
Boil rigatoni in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain. -
Cook the steak
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside. -
Prepare the sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese and smoked paprika. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. -
Combine everything
Add the cooked rigatoni and steak slices to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly. Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed. -
Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan cheese. Serve immediately for a rich, flavorful meal.
